Our Opportunity

**The shift pattern for this role is**:
Fri 9am (9hrs), Sat 7pm (11hrs), Sun 7pm (10hrs), Mon 7pm, (10hrs). 40 per week. Night Shift Allowance paid between hours of 10pm-4am.
Starting pay rate is $22.64 ph plus a night shift allowance.

**Key accountabilities of the role include**:

- Ensure all equipment is operated according to site standards
- Communicate all issues with equipment immediately to the Team Leader
- Actively maintain Food Safety, GMP, cleaning and hygiene standards, including corrective actions from audits and non-conformance reports
- Develop strong relationships with internal customers (Contractors) by producing to plan accurately
- Complete all Online quality checks and relevant production checklists
- Train other production staff

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Willingness to learn machine operation
- Ability to do a physical role
- Capable of working night shifts
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
