**What you will do**:

- This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and is aimed at ensuring the smooth operation and security of our clientele’s and additionally our own internal IT and security system infrastructure, particularly focusing on supporting our specialized clientele requirements in the field of site security, data security and data management.

**How you will do it**:

- Network Design and Security: Strategizing and designing secure network architectures tailored to meet the specific needs of our clientele, ensuring optimal performance and resilience against cyber threats.
- Deployment of Security Solutions: Overseeing the deployment of new and existing client CCTV, ACS, IDS and other solutions, from initial planning stages such as tender process involvement and development phases to implementation and testing, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and meeting client requirements.
- Security Systems Support: Providing ongoing expert support for CCTV, ACS, IDS and other security and network systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and liaising with internal stakeholders and clients to address their needs and requirements effectively.
- Cybersecurity Management: Taking charge of client and internal cybersecurity measures, including implementing, and maintaining robust security protocols and systems to safeguard organizational data and assets against potential threats.
- Providing Comprehensive IT Support: Delivering end-to-end IT support services across the organization and all subsidiaries on a national scale, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and addressing user concerns effectively, closely cooperating with JCI IT service team
- Research and Development: Conducting ongoing research and development activities to explore new products and technologies aimed at enhancing the value proposition of our organization in the realm of security and data management.
- API Integration: Collaborating with developers and clients to understand API requirements and facilitating the deployment and integration of APIs into systems, ensuring smooth data exchange and interoperability.
- May involve work outside of usual hours.

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor of Information and Technology, Majoring in network and infrastructure systems (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure implementation, support/management, cybersecurity management, and network design/implementation
- Strong understanding of CCTV systems and experience in deploying and supporting CCTV solutions
- Proficiency in API integration and working with developers to meet client requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other IT ecosystem solutions, including integration, transformation/implementation to meet client and internal requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges
