**YOU WILL BE**

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
**Your New Role**:

- Provide software, hardware, and networking support for desktops, laptops, and servers
- Perform disk replacement on enterprise storage products
- Install and maintain PCs and associated software, networks, servers, and peripherals
- Support network products from operational and maintenance perspectives
- Provide follow-up on problems or escalation.
- Ensure client-specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:

- A+ certification
- Any manufacturers certifications as required (i.e. EMC, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Apple, Unisys. CompTIA, and Network+
- Troubleshooting software and hardware problems
- Excellent analytical and client communication skills.
