**About Hilda Ross Retirement Village**

Located on Ruakura Road, Hamilton, the close proximity of Hilda Ross Village to the city centre is an ideal location. The amenities include an all-weather bowling green, pétanque court, indoor heated swimming pool, spa, grand internal atrium, library, gym, hair salon, bar and shop.

The state-of-the-art care centre provides 151 care rooms offering resthome, hospital, and specialist dementia care. Like all aspects of our villages, we constantly look for ways to improve both the care we provide and the innovation behind it. Care is customised using our myRyman Care app and residents love the food in our seasonal Delicious menu, which is prepared fresh on site by our talented village Chefs.

**About the Role**

We have a great opportunity for an agile and pioneering Village Manager to lead our well established Hilda Ross Retirement Village in Hamilton. You will be responsible for managing our integrated village which comprises of independent living, serviced apartments and residential care, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care is provided to all our residents.

This role is supported by an experienced senior management team and gives you the scope to further develop with our Ryman Leaders programme.

With extensive team management and proven leadership experience you'll build meaningful relationships quickly by being positive, approachable and an all-round people person. You'll have experience creating, developing and managing multi-disciplined teams and will thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment.

Your high energy and resilience are matched by your excellent problem solving and communication skills.
