Are you looking for a busy coordinator role with lots of variety? We have a great opportunity for you to join our team and provide administrative support for one of our busiest teams. The role is packed full of variety This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract for parental leave cover. You will be based in our Onehunga office and work out of our new modern offices with plenty of free parking in the area

You will be part of our administration team, and your primary role is providing project support to our Field Testing Team. This opportunity will allow you to be part of a vibrant, growing team and work within a supportive environment.

About you:
We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and is conscientious. You will have the desire to provide an outstanding experience for our customers. Ideally, you will have experience in the administration of project financial processes such as setting up projects, monthly billing, reports, and expenses.

You will also possess:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive with a positive attitude
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Intermediate level)
- Great attention to detail - be meticulous in managing information
- Proven experience in administrative or support roles. (will be an advantage but it not necessary)

What your day could look like:

- Assisting with project diary management to plan customer requirements and workload.
- Project administration, e.g., documentation, billing and debtor management, data entry, transcription checking, report preparation, and record management.
- Dealing with customer enquiries and communicating effectively to maintain strong working relationships.
- Support projects with administration
- Setting up meetings and recording minutes.
- General administrative and financial tasks.
- Coaching and mentoring junior administration staff.
- Prioritising safety and wellbeing.
