Pavement Labour Technician

**Nga Mahi **| Tasks**
- Geotechnical field-testing, sampling, investigating, and testing/ monitoring of ground material properties.
- Civil laboratory testing.
- Operation of heavy testing and soil sampling equipment.
- Monitoring of geotechnical instrumentation.
- Environmental monitoring.
- Data entry and processing of results.
- Liaising with customers and engineers.
- Performing all work in accordance with our IANZ accreditation and project management system.
- The field technician will play a pivotal role in our business through project management and customer engagement.

**Nā** tōu rourou | What you'll bring**
- A full, clean, New Zealand drivers license (class 1) is essential.
- 0-2 years experience working in construction of roading preferential.
- Experience using a concrete saw, jack hammer and manual labor.
- Ability to lift items weighing 20+kg on a regular basis
- Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility with ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- A passion for high standards and excellent customer service.
