At OCG, we are focused Career Makers with regulatory and legislative policy roles available across various ministries, departments and entities. As numerous projects get underway, getting the legalities of implementing new legislation, reviewing current, reforming and repealing old laws is a sort after skill.

**What you’ll need**
- Ability to understand and interpret legislation and build policy for implementation of new legislation
- Sound understanding of regulatory framework policy, both from a design and implementation perspective
- Ability to draft and present briefings and cabinet papers alongside legislative papers
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to liaise with decision makers and sector leaders at all levels
- Provide trusted advice to senior leadership and Ministers
- Focused on collaboration - working together on common goals to ensure a smooth development and roll out of work plans
