We are on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive Restaurant Manager to oversee our extremely busy restaurant based in Marshland, Christchurch.

You will be responsible for below list of duties:

- Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
- Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
- Checking stock level and ordering supplies.
- Maintain good customer services and responding to customer complains.
- Processing and analyze information for scheduling and budgeting.
- Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company’s policy and uniform standard.
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining area.

Ideally, you will have the following attributes
- Reflects our passion for good food
- Provide superb customer service and a commitment to our current clientele while demonstrating your capacity to develop new business.
- A dynamic personality and positive outlook
- Readily embrace being part of a team and making work fun
- Minimum 3 years experience in a relevant role or a relevant diploma or higher qualification is preferred.

The position is full-time and permanent, with 30 hours at least per week guaranteed.

Pay: 31.61 per hour guaranteed
