Our Microsoft Dynamics 365 team in Auckland has an opening for a highly competent Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (Technical Consultant) who can work independently and as part of a team. You will join one of the most experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 teams in New Zealand, managing many interesting and challenging projects.
This is also a customer-facing role, and you must be able to demonstrate thorough technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a specific focus on the Customer Engagement range of products, including Field Service modules.

Role Summary
As a CRM Functional Consultant - Field Service, you utilize your in-depth Business Analysis skills and industry knowledge to design Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Field Service, and Power Platform based solutions to solve complex business problems. You will primarily focus on leveraging your experience to design and implement Dynamics 365 CE, Field Service, and Power Platform solutions on complex projects in medium to large enterprises.

Job Responsibilities
- Design and Configure Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service Solutions
- Design solutions for Dynamics 365 CE, Field Service, Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate), and Common Data Service.
- Implement Marketing Automation, Sales, Customer Service, and Connected Field Services
- Configuration of D365 Field Service RSO (Resource Scheduling Optimization)
- Configuring and setting up Field Service mobile app.
- Leverage your Business Analysis and Industry expertise to conduct Business Process Analysis, capture Business Requirements, Design, and Implement CRM solutions.
- Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high-quality and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Research customer issues that may be non-standard to offer solutions.
- Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 Accelerators and ISV solutions
- Assist the project team with solution documents when required

Skills and experience | Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako
- 10+ years’ experience configuring, developing, and delivering Dynamics 365 implementations
- Demonstrable, strong technical understanding of Power Platform and Dataverse solution delivery
- Understanding and ability to design, build and implement PCF controls
- Understanding and ability to design, build plugins in C# and JavaScript
- Knowledge and experience in delivering Power Apps and PowerApps Portals preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps is preferred
- Knowledge and experience with data migration tools and SSIS is preferred
- A comprehensive understanding of the full SDLC is required
- Good business acumen skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Previous consulting experience liaising with customers is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Team players who are highly customer focused
- Proven experience with the delivery of high-quality solutions according to set timelines and budgets is essential
