Primary Connect+ manages the transport of freight for our customers into our Distribution Centres and any other location around New Zealand.

We’re looking for an **Operations Support Manager **to join our Primary Connect+ business reporting to our Operations Manager - Primary Connect+.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Joining our Primary Connect+ team you will support our Operations Manager and monitor and improve the day to day PC+ operations by establishing, maintaining and influencing key relationships with 3PL providers, carriers partners and customers.

**Some of the key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day to day operational performance of Primary Connect+ 3PL cross dock facility
- Be the escalation point of complex issues and identify root causes and develop remediation plans to ensure issues are resolved and mitigated
- Future-plan transport capacity and monitor forecast vs actual trends
- Support the Finance and Administration role with creating, updating and maintaining rate cards for customers and carrier partners

**About You | Mōu
To succeed in this role you will bring 3 years experience in Operational or Corporate administrative roles or someone who is well into their new supply chain career. It is preferable that you have a supply chain or transport background and highly desired that you have a history in managing carrier partners or 3PLs.

You’ll be someone who will be able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, have a proven track record in continuous improvement and not be afraid of hard work.
