Reinforcement Supervisor

Ideally, you will be experienced in all areas of reinforcement planning and more. You will frontline leadership of Reinforcement & Steel Fixing night shift teams by effectively improving overall operational performance, planning and meeting targets, reducing costs, while keeping team morale positive and engaged as well as actively promote a positive health and safety culture.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure maximum operational and production efficiency of the area
- Oversee production supervisory responsibilities such as purchasing, inventory control and maintenance
- Monitor production sequencing to control priority and efficiency
- Ensure safety management and systems are in place and operational to protect the health and safety of all people in the area of responsibility, managing hazards and controlling risks
- To manage resource levels and hours and align them in coordination with the production plan
- To organise and supervise resources required for completion of scheduled production activities
- Ensure maximum operational and production efficiency

**Key Attributes**:

- Previous supervisory experience within a reinforcement manufacturing / production environment
- experience reading and interpreting plans/drawings
- Class 1, F OSH endorsement
- Gantry crane skills (ticket 3800)
- Technical aptitude, solutions and results driven, attention to detail and quality focused.
- Accurate time keeping with the ability to work to deadlines
