You must have at least 12 Months of suitable/relevant experience.

30 to 40 Hours per week.
Store is open 7 days, you will be working 5 days - flexible roster including weekends and public holidays.

Gas Picton store has an café, Fuel, and Asian Supermarket.

Pay rate
- from$27.80 to $28.50 an hour Depends on Experience.

We are looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor with a positive and inspiring attitude.

You will have:

- dynamic and energetic person
- must have at least 12 months of Retail Supervisor experience
- it is a full time permanent position and successfully applicant well be required to manage the entire store.

Retail supervisor job description:
Experience with working without supervision
Be able to do stock control and inventory management
A proven ability to supervise a team
Strong relationship builder, team player and problem solver
Strong communicator both verbal and written
Coaching and Mentoring skills
Make sure pricing is correct
Assist with recruitment and coaching, training of staff
Evaluate self-on-the-job performance, as well as other staff
Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed
Be able to analyze financial statements in order to enhance profit making opportunities
Ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with company’s standards
Utilize computers to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning
Ensure that hours of operation are in compliance with local laws
Maintain health and safety measures and store’s cleanliness
Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets
Handle customer complaints, issues and questions as required.

You must be Honest, Reliable and be available any day including Weekends and/or any public holiday according to flexible schedule to suit the business requirement.
