**Location**: Onehunga, Auckland

**Employment Type**: Permanent, Full-Time 30 to 40 hours a week

**Days & Hours of Work**: Monday to Friday between 10:00AM and 6:00PM

**Remuneration**:$30-40/ per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a creative and strategic **Content Creator** to join our dynamic team and elevate our brand through compelling short video content to promote our Gym and Fitness Equipment online.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Content Creator,** you will be the driving force behind our short video advertising strategies on social media platforms. You will design, execute, and manage engaging video content that captures the audience's attention, aligns with our brand’s goals, and adapts to the latest trends. Your insights and recommendations will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and achieving our marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Create innovative short video advertising strategies tailored for various social media platforms.
- **Content Creation**: Design and execute captivating short video content, including scriptwriting, filming plans, and post-production.
- **Trend Analysis**: Monitor and adapt to short video trends to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.
- **Performance Analysis**: Provide detailed analysis and strategic recommendations based on the performance of short video ads.
- **Platform Integration**: Propose strategies to leverage emerging short video platforms and features for increased brand visibility.
- **Production Oversight**: Manage the entire production process for short video ads, from creative development to final editing.
- **Collaborations**: Work with content creators and influencers to ensure ad content meets brand standards and engages the target audience.
- **Cross-Platform Publishing**: Coordinate the publishing of short video ads across various social media platforms for maximum reach.
- **Market Insights**: Analyze user behaviour and market trends to support decision-making and optimize content strategies.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Study competitors’ performance on short video platforms and suggest optimization strategies.
- **Content Management**: Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic short video updates.
- **Performance Optimization**: Utilize statistical modelling to analyse video performance metrics and optimize ad pricing strategies.
- **Reporting**: Monitor and report on initiative performance, providing regular insights and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications or other related field.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in short video content creation and social media advertising.
- Strong understanding of current short video trends and platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software and tools, e.g. Capcut, Zapier, Openshot, etc.
- Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working with influencers and managing cross-platform campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
