**The opportunity**

We are on the hunt for a Video Content Creator to help bring Kami’s colorful and creative video content to life. That means you’ll play a key role in organizing, capturing and editing a range of video content for all departments at Kami. From product tutorials and case studies to social content and campaigns, you will keep everything on track and on-brand.

**What you’ll do**
- Organising, filming and editing engaging video content to meet a range of needs from social Reels and product tutorials through to online training and thought leadership interviews
- Brainstorming and developing creative content ideas
- Arranging and filming content in our in-house studio
- Editing content captured by overseas freelancers
- Working closely with key people in the marketing team to bring content ideas to life including copywriters, animators, product managers, social media team and more
- Collaborating with marketing managers, product owners, and creatives to understand briefs and project needs, and learning about the Kami product
- Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring content is delivered on time and in full
- Seeking, listening, and adapting to feedback from team members and customers alike
- Partnering with other teams to find ways to amplify their work and recruit new customers
- Researching and spending time learning about our many audiences, the customer journeys, how they talk, and ultimately how you can connect with them through video

**What you’ll bring**
- 3+ years experience as a video content creator working collaboratively in a team or similar
- Solid experience filming video content
- Solid editing experience and understanding of Premiere Pro and After Effects as well as a basic understanding of colour grading
- Experience producing shoots from start to finish
- Experience creating engaging social video content
- Experience creating marketing videos and/or content for brands
- Experience creating video content for software or tech products (not required but would be a bonus)
- Solid understanding of technical requirements for AV content
- A team player. You’ll be part of an extremely collaborative and supportive team committed to your success, and we all work together
- A mix of creative ideas and practical production skills
- Hard-working and able to work autonomously
- Intellectually curious and globally minded. We work with all kinds of educators and students from all over the world
- The ability to prioritize and manage your work and effectively communicate those priorities
- Agile, flexible and willing to roll up your sleeves when required
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
