Chameleon Creator is a software platform that empowers anyone to easily create beautiful and engaging e-learning content. We are fortunate to support some amazing customers across the world such as TikTok, Canva, ANZ, Coca-Cola, KPMG, 7Eleven, NRL, Chorus, Ministry of Health etc; who all care deeply about providing great learning experiences for their employees and communities. We are looking for a motivated and creative Content Creator Intern to work with our Marketing Manager over the summer for a part-time internship. It is an excellent opportunity for university students looking to gain hands-on experience in content and digital marketing at a fast-moving tech startup

Customers love our product, and we want to increase our content creation so that more people can benefit from using Chameleon Creator. This role will have a significant impact on helping to drive more awareness and engagement with our product.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with our marketing goals
- Create engaging content including blog posts, short videos, case studies, and LinkedIn posts
- Collaborate with team members to gather insights and ensure content accuracy
- Help optimize content for SEO to enhance online visibility
- Support the management of our content calendar, ensuring timely publication
- Monitor and report on content performance metrics, providing insights for improvement
- Stay informed about social media trends, best practices, and competitor activities to inspire fresh content ideas
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new content concepts

**Your background**:

- Studying or have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Law, or a related field
- Strong writing skills, with a passion for storytelling
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Youtube
- Proactive in seeing projects through from idea to delivery and evaluating results
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with attention to detail

**Bonus if you have**:

- Experience with video editing tools or graphic design software
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content management systems is a plus
- Any experience working with our existing tech stack: Hubspot, Loom, Figma, Canva, Notion, and of course, Chameleon. We are also exploring generative AI content tools such as Jasper AI.
