An exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced individual to join our Grounds Maintenance team as a Groundman at Chamberlain Golf course.

**The Role**

We have an opportunity for a passionate and experienced individual to join our Grounds Maintenance team as an Assistant Groundsman at Chamberlain Golf Course. This role will see you maintaining various types of turf and the surrounding areas. You will be mowing, blowing down footpaths, general gardening and maintaining equipment. You will be part of a hard-working and professional crew based at Chamberlain Park Golf Course in Mt Albert.

**Skills and Experience**

The role involves a variety of work, and you must possess the following in order to be considered:

- Experienced ride-on mower operator using John Deere / Toro.
- Push-mowing, trimming & edging
- Skilled in tractor driving
- Ideally have gardening, spraying and chemical handling experience
- Ability to drive with, and back, a trailer
- Experience using Irrigation systems preferred but not essential.
- Hold a current full driver's license
- Proof of NZ right to work
- Embrace Health & Safety safe work practices
- Pass Drug, Alcohol and Police checks
- Be physically fit
