**Ready to make an impact?
We’re looking for a new **Labour Standards Specialist **to join our newly structured Operations Support team reporting to our National Workforce Planning Manager.
Part of the Process Transformation team, our Workforce Planning team drives the workforce planning for our Stores to ensure our supermarket labour standards are accurate with our ever evolving business.
**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
This role act as gatekeepers for the integrity of the WNNZ Supermarket labour standards which drive Workforce Planning for Stores. Specifically, these roles are responsible for ensuring that the labour standards in LabourPro are maintained and enhanced accurately.
**Some of the key accountabilities:
- Working with key departments to ensure new initiatives or changes to our way of working are accurately reflected in LabourPro and then feed into Kronos in a way that makes operational sense for the our store teams
- Works with key business units to assist effective decision making with scenario planning and opportunity analysis
- Regular contact and collaboration with similar roles in other business units and suppliers to leverage learnings and new ideas to ensure the continuous improvement of the WFM systemData analysis to identify improvement opportunities to share with the business
**About You | Mōu
To succeed in this role you will need to be tech savvy with a high level of analytical skills, an understanding of our stores and labour data.
To be successful in this position, you will bring:
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of RT3 / LMS systems
- Experience in working in a project environment and in Agile ways of working
- Strong influencing and communication skills and stakeholder engagementThe ability to communicate a complex technological solution to a wide range of audiences
