**The Role**

We are on the lookout for a Sampling Specialist to join our busy team. This role will require you to be based at our Mangere site. This is a fixed term role till December 2025.

This role is Monday to Friday from 07:00am - 15:30pm predominantly based in Mangere however travel may be required to Pokeno so flexibility to travel is a must.

You will be responsible for a variety of sampling tasks within the laboratory team including:

- Sub sampling of our final product which we manufacture in the plant
- Sub sampling of raw materials
- Processing in process samples and performing other sampling requests as required by our internal teams
- You will work to standard operating procedures (SOP’S) and work towards KPI time frames
- Manual handling will be required, so you will need to pick up to 25kg loads on a regular basis

We are firstly looking for people with a good attitude and willingness to learn however if you do have laboratory experience or similar it will be well received Training will be provided.

**Skills and Experience**

To be considered for this role will require
- Experience in regulated laboratory environments would be an advantage
- The ability and enthusiasm to learn proactively
- Having an innovative mindset and taking pride in your work
- Flexibility to travel across both Pokeno and Mangere sites
