**Korero mo te turanga - About the role**
Our Customer Regulatory Specialists play a crucial role in maintaining New Zealand's land information systems with accuracy and integrity. You'll tackle a variety of customer queries, making each day unique and rewarding. Our commitment to a customer-centric approach drives us to constantly innovate and improve. In this role, you'll explore different aspects of Survey and Titles work, allowing you to use your skills and interests in meaningful ways.
**Survey**
In this role, Survey teams play a pivotal role in shaping New Zealand's land ownership landscape. As a key player in maintaining the accuracy of the cadastre (registration of land), you'll be at the forefront of defining land boundaries across the country. You will assess land information, often presented in plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, legislation, and Cadastral Survey laws. With Landonline (our purpose built platform) at your fingertips, you'll analyse and process data, delivering timely and precise approvals for plans.
**Titles Area**
You will be responsible for interpreting legislation, making informed risk-based decisions, and determining when to seek additional expertise. Your keen attention to detail will be crucial as you guide customers through the registration process, providing clear and concise instructions to ensure their success. Accuracy of data entry and keyboard skills are important aspects of the role. Collaboration is essential, as you will share information and work together to overcome barriers.

**A comprehensive foundational training programme is provided to all successful applicants, ensuring full support throughout their learning journey.**
- The annual full-time salary range for this role is $66,666 to $78,430 depending on skills and experience._
