**Your new role**:
Reporting to the GM of Technology & Delivery in NZ you will have a dotted line to the GM of GM, Strategy and Operational Governance in Australia, giving you both NZ and Global exposure. In this role you will:
- Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, Scrum Masters and Project Managers.
- Oversee the NZPAC Release Train and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Own and evolve the NZPAC Delivery Framework, aligning it with AUSPAC standards and governance.
- Chair the NZPAC Steering Committee and provide regular reporting on transformation progress.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, risks, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure business outcomes are achieved.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Lead and d rive continuous improvement in delivery practices, resource planning, and capability uplift.
- Role model QBE’s values and foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged team culture.
