**Your prime objective as a sales manager will be to plan, implement and control each sales program. You may also assist with recruitment and train new employees. You will also develop and establish a selling program that helps our organisation achieve the sales projections and revenue goals.**

**OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Recruit, hire, and train sales team
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Selling new and used vehicles
- Following up on all generated leads
- Ensuring all stock is well presented
- Prospecting for new customers, answering internet inquiries and be a key person in the day to day running of our Used Vehicle Department and dealership
- Bid and negotiate at actual auction for the cars and utilising company CRM system
- Complete the paper work to complete the process of importing the car
- Maximising unit profits
- Helping with vehicle marketing.
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Strategising and implanting unique strategies to increase foot traffic

- Diploma/degree in business or related field or experience in Supervisor/managers role
- Full Driving licence
- Possess good negotiation skills
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Experience in managing and directing a sales team
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to providing a great customer service
- Ability to lead a sales team
