We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Brewery Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic Planned Maintenance team at DB Breweries’ iconic Waitematā Brewery in Auckland. This is a Day-shift role, supporting the safe and efficient upkeep of our brewery equipment.

You’ll be a key part of our maintenance team, helping to keep our machinery in top shape so we can keep delivering the high-quality products Kiwis love.

What you’ll do:

- Carry out planned maintenance safely and on time
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
- Support continuous improvement and lean maintenance practices (TPM, AM, CILT)
- Work closely with operators, planners and technicians
- Help maintain high quality, food safety, and legal compliance standards

What we’re looking for:

- Mechanical Trade Certificate or NZCE (Mechanical) (Fitter & Turner preferred)
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in food, beverage, or FMCG
- Great troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
- Experience with TPM, CILT, and lean practices a plus
- A safety-first mindset and can-do attitude
- Strong team player with a proactive, safety-first approach
- Willingness to join the On-Call roster (Weekends and public holidays)
- Willingness to work Weekends or different shifts from time to time (when required to complete critical maintenance activities)
- Willingness to support the Shift-Operational Maintenance team when required
- Must have valid New Zealand work rights
