Teja Renovation and Remodeling LTD T/A TTR Cleaning and Handyman Services located in Auckland. We provide all kind of maintenance services to our clients across grounds and buildings. We pride ourselves on the excellent quality of our service and our awesome people and culture.

We have position available for a Maintenance Technician/Handyman. The purpose of the position is that the Maintenance Technician/Handyman is responsible for effectively and efficiently delivering high quality maintenance tasks.

The positions offered involved rostered shifts and would be offered on a permanent basis. The position is for at least 35 hours per week. Our opening hours are 7.00am - 7:00pm daily operates 7 days a week.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Ensure handyman/ carpentry work is carried out to expected standards.
- Assisting other trades with all facets of building work from plumbing building to handyman work as required and carry out these duties to expected quality standards.
- Assisting with guttering repairs and maintenance.
- Installing and Repairing Capet and SPC floorings.
- Interior and exterior house wash and other cleaning services.
- Make an effective and positive contribution within external team of builders plumbers and electricians estimator and project managers to help us self-deliver building projects.
- Cost Management compliance and material purchasing.

Applicants must have reliable transport; a current driver’s license and be able to pass a drug test. Renumeration for this position starts at $30.00 per hour.
