**He angitūtanga**: About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Advisor Planning and Reporting, to support and lead a work programme to produce accountability documents and provide high quality planning and reporting processes and products for our Executive Leadership Team, the Board and Ministers.
- You support and advice on the operational delivery of all activities and deliverables associated with planning and reporting functions.
- You will advise on the development of and support of key internal processes such as business planning and organisational performance framework development and reporting.

**He kōrero mōu**: What we are looking for
- Demonstrated and proven experience in a planning and reporting role in the NZ/Aotearoa public sector.
- Strong machinery of govt knowledge and analytical skills are essential.
- Proven experience with hands-on delivery of accountability documents.
- Proven experience in developing, improving, and leading the implementation of planning and performance frameworks and processes.
- Proven experience and confidence to present and work with all levels of an organisation, including senior leadership teams, with proven experience to influence and tell the story as required.
- Strong strategic, conceptual thinking ability.

The salary range for this position starts from $87k up to $102k depending on demonstrable skills and experience.
