Partnering with the Executive Team and senior leaders, you'll enjoy a mix of trend analysis and reporting, modelling for strategic decisions and business partnering. Your love of data will enable you to bring insight and influence change business wide. Serko is an organisation that makes data-led decisions, and you will be a key contributor to how the FP&A team drives Serko’s growth. **What you will be doing**: - Being the go-to for data insights on our fastest growing customers - Providing world class business partnering for our most senior leaders - Acutely understand our most complex cost drivers, providing high quality reporting and improved forecasting - Leading and supporting stakeholders strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes - Modelling business proposals, bringing a data-led approach to decision making; and - Working closely with the Executive Team, team leaders to drive a consultative and effective approach to resource management. **What you will bring**: Essential - To be successful in this role, you will bring an extensive commercial background, preferably having worked in a global business within the technology industry. - Advanced Microsoft Excel and modelling abilities - Being able to solve complex problems and lead cross-functional teams making the solution a reality - Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships Desirable - Confident in using PowerBI (writing queries and building dashboards) - Ability to write SQL code and use SQL to harmonise multiple data sources - An understanding of complex accounting principles, a professional qualification in Accounting/Economics is desirable **Benefits** It's important to us that our people can bring their whole selves to work.
