Based in Aucklands CBD, were looking for someone who has similar experience and ready to take on their next challenge.
**The role in a nut shell**:
- Assess whether full information is presented
- Consider whether they comply with lending policy
- To present to the approval party with a recommendation
- To receive the decision and to communicate this to the appropriate person
- To communicate the acceptance or rejection to the relevant party (with or without conditions).
- To receive signed documents if approved
- To complete solicitors instructions
- To ensure the loan is correctly setup in the loan system and then to pass all files to the Credit & Recovery Manager
- To backup others in the system as required.
- To assist the MD and the Senior Manager Deposits as required for Backup, support etc
**Requirements for the role**
- Previous relevant experience
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, and associated finance systems
- Strong market knowledge
- Due to this being a permanent opportunity, those only with NZ Citizenship or residency will be considered
