**What will your typical week look like?**

The Senior Manager is an important link in the development and capacity management of those on the Adviser Support Pathway. Whilst a primary focus is on developing and maintaining an engaged Adviser Support team, the Senior Manager is also responsible for reviewing, managing and completing several audit engagements at the same time ensuring maximum utilisation of their team and completion of audits in line with budgetary requirements. They will review team members’ work ensuring it is completed in line with the Findex Audit Methodology together with relevant industry legislation and regulations. The Senior Adviser Support Manager also looks for opportunities to value add to clients’ scope of work with the firm and deepens external networks, developing business and raising the Findex profile. They will develop team members and engage employees to empower them to take accountability for audit jobs.

You are someone with..
- Accounting degree or related degree with a major in Accounting
- CA qualified or equivalent
- 7 or more years audit experience of which 3 years have been in a professional service or a client service orientated capacity
