Your Opportunity

To ensure that the staff and workshop area operate to the highest levels of safety, efficiency and profitability while ensuring fleet and customer vehicles are well maintained.

Responsibilities include managing all aspects of day-to-day fleet maintenance and repair, ensuring that all legal requirements are satisfied, such that overall vehicle running cost which includes down-time costs are minimized.

Working as part of the Global Express team, effective communication with team members and developing good working relationships with both internal and external customers is essential. This role will ensure high standards of service, staff, and workshop performance management.

What you’ll bring to this role

To be successful in this role, you could have the following experience:
Key Responsibilities
- Managing workshop to operate safely, efficiently, and profitably.
- Liaise with suppliers, fleet management and business managers as necessary to ensure smooth maintenance and repair of all vehicles.
- Communicate with branch managers and internal staff to ensure company policy and standards are implemented throughout the Group.

- Ensure timesheet, and other company records are completed properly as per company policy
- Recruit, develop and deploy staff as required to operate effectively
