ABOUT THE COMPANY & ROLE
ContactSuite Limited is a SaaS and IT Services company providing contact centre solutions for predominantly NZ based Contact Centre businesses. ContactSuite is looking for an IT Support/Cyber Security analyst whose main responsibilities will be to work with other areas of the business to maintain and improve our cyber security posture.
The successful applicant will be interested in a broad range of technologies, with a particular focus on the future state of cyber security in a constantly emerging threat landscape.
Working in accordance with the NIST cybersecurity framework and CIS controls, you will combine your technical skills along with your cyber security mindset, under the direction of our senior IT and Cyber experts.
Your excellent English communication skills will be essential in communicating with ContactSuite’s board and reporting on Cybersecurity KPIs, this full-time role involves supporting end-user, server, and telephony/infrastructure technology as part of a team looking after a mission-critical 24x7 contact centre environment. This will include regular out-of-business hours maintenance work, including system patching, rollouts, and physical data centre work.
- Permanent role based in Auckland.
- Mainly home based with some Auckland travel.
- 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday (some after-hours and occasional weekend work)
- Starting salary $62-$65k pa.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT Support/Helpdesk.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Cyber Security.
- Proven experience with the use of ISO/IEC 2700x, NIST CSF, NZISM, CIS.
- Inventory and Control of Enterprise Assets
- Inventory and Control of Software Assets
- Continuous Vulnerability Management
- Security Awareness and Skills Training
- Work collaboratively with our network of Security and IT experts.
- Hardware and Software support of the PC and Server environment within ContactSuite.
- Experience with AWS cloud technologies.
- Maintenance, Support and Upgrade of Network Infrastructure
- Responding to support requests from the operational staff in a timely manner
- Support to remote (Home-Based) staff using remote tools.
- Being rostered on call.
- Out of business hours maintenance work.
- Level 6 Diploma in Networking (including Network Security) or equivalent.
- Level 7 Diploma in Applied Network and Cloud Technologies (including Network and Cloud Security) or equivalent.
- CompTIA Security+ and or CompTIA CySA+
- Driver's license and own transport.
- Suitable at home workspace with appropriate privacy.

The successful applicant should have the following requirements:

- Level 6 Diploma in Networking (including Network Security) or equivalent.
- Level 7 Diploma in Applied Network and Cloud Technologies (including Network and Cloud Security) or equivalent.
- CompTIA Security+ and or CompTIA CySA+
- Driver's license and own transport.
- Suitable at home workspace with appropriate privacy.
