Yoobee Colleges has a firm belief that learning should be accessible to all learners regardless of their location, family commitments, financial constraints, and work schedules. It is for this reason that we have undertaken the development of a fit-for-purpose Online learning management system (LMS) to cater to learners from all walks of life. As our online campus grows, we require a strong and dedicated team who are committed to the satisfaction and success of all our students.

We are currently seeing Contractors for the position of Assessors to join our Online Campus. Our Online LMS is built to allow students to freely access the content and learn in a way that fits with their schedule. All grading is completed within the Online LMS.

**We need assessors in the following creative and IT programmes**:

The Online Assessor is a key asset in this space to ensure learner satisfaction and outcomes through the provision of first-class service including:

- Marking assessments against agreed guides and/or grade descriptors (where available) and provide constructive and timely feedback to students in respect of their assessment
- Responding to student queries regarding assessments or clarification in respect of topics covered in the learning materials
- Provision of advice to the Company on any errors or omissions in the learning materials or assessments in Units
- Participating in learning materials feedback and assessment verification/moderation processes.

**About you**:
You will describe yourself as an enthusiastic, positive, patient, and motivated self-starter who has a passion for sharing knowledge and trying new things. Your exceptional communication and time management skills, along with the ability to connect and build relationships will be the key to your success As an Online Assessor, you must have
- Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed
- Evidence of current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided
- Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs their training and assessment
