**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

Our AI, Analytics & Data team is seeking a Senior Analytics Developer to drive the development of end-to-end analytics solutions that empower data-informed decision-making across our business. You will:

- Lead the full lifecycle of analytics development—from stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering to data modelling, dashboard creation, and solution delivery.
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and robust data models for BI and advanced analytics.
- Facilitate workshops to capture business needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.
- Champion innovation and contribute to the analytics strategy and roadmap.

You're a seasoned analytics professional with significant experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics. You've successfully delivered large-scale enterprise solutions and have deep expertise in Power BI, data modelling, and dashboard development.

Your ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders ensures that business needs are clearly understood and met. With a strong foundation in Agile delivery and business process mapping, you bring excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to every project.

A passion for mentoring and developing others, combined with a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, will make you a key contributor to our growing analytics capability.
