We cover both major people and process change programmes and operational technology solutions for users of Toitū Te Whenua systems.
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
This role will be responsible for supporting and contributing to successful delivery of projects and work programmes. You will work with a number of Level 2 and 3 Solution Delivery Specialists (Project Managers) across different projects and programmes. You will be comfortable working with people, customers partners and tasks in person and virtually. You will play a critical role in making sure people and workstreams in the projects are connected throughout their lifecycle.
Level 1 Solution Delivery specialist role is equivalent to Project Coordinator.

In this position you will work with initiative and a collaborative nature because you will be working with a variety of stakeholders across Toitū Te Whenua. **Your skills and experience will include**:

- Experience coordinating multiple projects and programmes.
- Working collaboratively with operational teams to achieve goals and outcomes of projects.
- Ensuring that correct Project documentation are complete, current, stored and presented appropriately.
- Tracking and reporting on project progress on a weekly basis.
- Identifying risks and issues and communicating that with Project Managers.
- Supporting workshop facilitation, taking meeting minutes and distribution of information to stakeholders.
- Experience supporting procurement of services and contracts and managing variation of contracts.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
