As part of this role, the Cafe Worker will provide outstanding service to customers in our cafe by ensuring all food preparation and cooking, as well as stock levels are maintained so our customers continue to receive the high standard they have come to expect. At our cafe, we are seeking a fast learner, hard worker, energetic, flexible and adaptable person to join our kitchen and develop quickly in the role.

You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the

highest standards:
Key responsibilities:

- Taking and serving food and beverage orders and receiving

payment from customers
- Prepare, wash, cut, measure and mix food to be cooked;
- Operating large-volume cooking equipment such as grills,

microwaves, deep dough roller, and deep fryers
- Prepare and cook food according to instructions provided on

food order slips or through verbal directions; verify the quality

and quantity of all orders
- Multitask by cooking several different orders at once, ensuring

that all items are prepared according to customer instructions
- Maintain overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety

standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and

dishes and utensils
- Ordering and taking delivery of fast-food ingredients;
- May arrange delivery of prepared food and beverages;
- Be dedicated to food quality and control;
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through

excellent customer service
- Be physically Fit
- Be Honest and Reliable
- Be punctual
- Ability to work on Weekends and rostered shifts
- Ability to learn how to cook fast food meals
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own

(unsupervised);
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and always

putting the customer first
- Great attention to detail
- Clean Criminal History

Experience or Qualification:

- No experience or qualifications are required. Full on the

job training would be provided.

Hours and Position:

- It is full time permanent job with minimum 30 hours +per

week.
