**Job Description**:
This is an awesome role where you'll be all about building up a cool team and ensuring our store is a happy place. Your focus? Rocking the retail scene and knowing how to crank up sales while keeping our customers smiling and coming back for more.

You won't just be on the sidelines - you'll be right in the mix, leading your crew to some seriously great outcomes. Teamwork's the name of the game, and you're all in for success. So if you're up for tackling everything that comes with running a store and being an awesome support to the store manager, we're on the hunt for someone who's got that natural leadership vibe and thrives in the buzz of a busy store. Who knows, you might even surprise us with your hidden talents. There's a lot of potential to grow in this role

One thing's for sure, you're all about coaching. As the Store Manager's right-hand supporter, you'll be the go-to person on the floor, working closely with your team to help them shine in sales. So, if you've got experience in this style of management, we'd love to hear from you.

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you will have:

- Supervisory experience, preferably in retail
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead and engage team members to interact with our customers and influence sales
- Confidence and ability to drive direct others
