We're looking for **a Service Desk Analyst** to join our **supportive** and **friendly** IT Team. In this role, you'll provide Level 1 Service Desk support for the information and communication systems in an efficient and effective manner. The role is permanent, full time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4.00pm or 8.30am to 5pm. Based at Mercy Ascot Hospital, Epsom.

**MercyAscot** is a part of the **Healthcare Holdings Group** of companies and is New Zealand's largest **private surgical facility** with 22 theatres across three sites including ICU and cardiac intervention facilities. **Your main duties will include**:

- Upkeep of MercyAscot's network devices and servers e.g. monitoring system performance
- Upkeep of ICS documentation e.g. Logged jobs
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders e.g. Suppliers
- Providing effective trouble shooting e.g. mobile phones, printers, computers
- Receiving, logging and resolving jobs in a professional and timely manner
- Contributing to ICS projects and other tasks as required
- An Information Systems qualification, or similar experience
- Level 1 Service Desk experience is desirable
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A motivated, proactive and can-do attitude
