Service Desk Analyst

We're looking for **a Service Desk Analyst** to join our **supportive** and **friendly** IT Team. In this role, you'll provide Level 1 Service Desk support for the information and communication systems in an efficient and effective manner. The role is permanent, full time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4.00pm or 8.30am to 5pm. Based at Mercy Ascot Hospital, Epsom.
**MercyAscot** is a part of the **Healthcare Holdings Group** of companies and is New Zealand's largest **private surgical facility** with 22 theatres across three sites including ICU and cardiac intervention facilities. **Your main duties will include**:
- Providing effective troubleshooting e.g. mobile phones, printers, workstations
- Completing checklists as per the daily run sheet
- Monitoring of MercyAscot's network devices and servers
- Managing users, mailboxes, and groups in AD
- Upgrading, building, configuring, and installing user devices
- Upkeep of ICS documentation
- Rotation of backup tapes
- An Information Systems qualification
- At least 2 years Level 1 Service Desk experience
- Experience in an Enterprise environment with 500+ users preferably in a healthcare environment
- Proficiency with Windows End User Device and Server operating systems, Active Directory, IP phone systems, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange, The M365 Suite, networked printers, Android and Apple mobile phones
- Excellent customer service skills - verbal and written and the ability to multi-task
