**About the role & You**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our team in Auckland East (based in Ti Rakau Drive) in a Customer Support role, supporting our brokers and working directly with our clients. **Due to the nature of our client base, you will need to be fluent in English, Mandarin/ or Cantonese.** You need to have exceptional attention to detail and communication skills to provide both administrative support to Brokers and assistance to our clients regarding account, cover and policy queries.

We value enthusiasm and a passion for learning, so while previous insurance experience will be an added advantage, it is not a must as we will provide full training and support to ensure your success in the role.

**How you'll make an impact**
- ** Resolve client queries (account and cover queries and policy amendments)**:

- ** Assist the Broker with administration to ensure client requirements are met and policies are renewed on time**:

- ** Process alterations, endorsements and set up new policies and finance agreements**:

- ** Provide support to the client when the Broker is unavailable**:

- ** Prepare and dispatch renewal letters (including declarations, rating charts/underwriter placing’s) after consultation with the Broker**:

- ** Assist the Broker with the collection of premiums within the required timeframe**:

- ** Prepare underwriter submissions and client reports for new business**

**Skills and Experience**:

- ** Experience in the insurance industry or a customer service role**:

- ** Must be able to communicate fluently (verbal and written) in English as well as**Mandarin/ or Cantonese**:

- ** The ability to build and maintain enduring relationships with clients and team members**:

- ** Highly organised and efficient with a strong attention to detail**:

- ** Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment**:

- ** Competent/advanced user of Microsoft Office**:
