This role has a strong focus on administration and coordination, making it ideal for a recent graduate with excellent organisational skills, a passion for processes, and a keen interest in design. Working in a fast-paced commercial environment, you’ll support the team across licensing projects while gaining exposure to the design process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Licensing Administration: Managing approvals, documentation, and processes to ensure all licensing requirements are met efficiently and accurately. - Project Coordination: Organising product samples, tracking design details, and ensuring critical paths and deadlines are met. - Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a central point of contact between designers, suppliers, and licensors to facilitate seamless collaboration. - Design Support: Assisting with artwork setup, amendments, and design tasks when needed.
