Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
This role will be responsible for working with Toitū Te Whenua business owners to guide projects throughout their lifecycle, from business case development through to solution delivery to meet customer needs. You'll be comfortable working in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall project environment, with a focus on delivering products and services that add value to our customers. Senior Solution Delivery specialist role is equivalent to Senior Project Manager.

We are seeking experienced, dynamic and flexible Senior Project Manager to join our Project Capability team. In this exciting position you will work with initiative and a collaborative nature because you will be working with a variety of stakeholders across Toitū Te Whenua. **Your skills and experience will include**:

- Proven experience successfully managing complex projects involving external suppliers and stakeholders.
- Experience leading and managing projects and external suppliers, ensuring clear expectations are set and monitored regularly.
- Competency in managing budgets, risks, issues and dependencies in complex and/or large projects.
- Experience developing business cases.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and Governance groups.
- Proven experience in building trusted relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, users and project teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience and good understanding of the Agile way of working is highly desirable.
- Can mentor and coach others by sharing knowledge, skills and experience and providing guidance to help them to develop and grow.
