**Duties & responsibilities**
- Handle calls (and other contacts) efficiently and within allocated shift patterns
- Ensure the customer experience meets our and our clients’ standards.
- Follow instructions and communicate well with team members and management.
- Assist in other areas of the business when required.

**Skills & experience**
- Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
- Reliable, self motivated and a team player
- Highly organised and attentive to detail
- Proven ability to produce accurate written information
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Previous customer service experience in either an inbound/outbound role preferred but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour

- Flexible hours
- Shift work
