We are a family-run business seeking an additional team member to join our inbound customer service contact centre in central Lower Hutt. You will be an integral part of our CSR team, but we are looking hoping the successful candidate will build into a role which will support management with training and potentially systems development work. As such, previous experience in a contact centre or training role is preferred.

You will need to be technically literate with the ability to multi-task and navigate a multitude of software programmes and client systems, demonstrate people-management skills, and meet all of the below criteria for your application to be considered.

  • Can demonstrate reliability and stability
  • Should have managed or supervised staff
  • Excellent technical (computer) proficiency
  • Have sound computer skills and type 45 wpm +
  • Superb telephone manner and outstanding English communication skills
  • You need to reside in the Hutt Valley (Lower Hutt or Upper Hutt)

Training is completed over a 3-week period and would be done in our call centre during the day 8:00 - 17:00 and evenings and weekends.
