**The Role**

Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. We have an exciting opportunity for a Shift Team Leader to join our busy Dryer 3 Nutritional’s team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting hands on role in the important nutritional drying plant, where you can lead and develop the shift team to deliver the production plan to ensure our Integrated Business Plan is achieved. You will have overall responsibility for the key results and systems of the shift team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensure timely & accurate management of manufacturing orders.
- Provide back up to operators where required
- Support with analysis and problem-solving skills to mitigate against production issues impacting operations
- Participate in the development of new systems and processes required on site
- Conduct engagement planning session at a minimum every 3 months. Develop & deliver on action plans to improve.

**Qualification**
- Degree qualification in food manufacturing, process engineering or Diploma in Dairy Technology /processing preferred.

**Skills and Experience**
- Ideally you will have a minimum 5 years’ experience in liquid milk, beverage or food manufacturing
- Working under a risk management program or equivalent regulatory or food safety accreditations preferred
