Reporting tothe Inwards Goods Supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating incoming stockfrom our suppliers. This involves ensuring the stock is checked off and enteredinto our computerised inventory system in a quick and timely manner, and thatstock flows through the business to reach the shelves in a timely manner tosatisfy customer demand. This is a full time (40 hours per week) role that is very physical and hands-on in a busy area of the business. Accuracy, attentionto detail, planning and organisation, and communication are all essentialskills for this role. Previous experience in warehousing and/or inventory wouldbe advantageous. Ideally you will have an 'F' endorsement and current forklift licence or a full clean drivers licence to obtain a forklift licence. The followingskills/attributes will apply: - Abilityto work as part of a team and independently - Strong organisation skills - Accuratehandling and computer processing of all incoming stock - Completingstock movements/unloading, which will include forklift use - Excellentcustomer service skills - Excellentcommunication skills - MaintainingHealth and Safety standards and disciplines - You MUST be physically fit as heavy lifting is a key component in this department Applicantsmust have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
