Crowne Plaza Christchurch, an IHG hotel, is an iconic location in the heart of Christchurch city. Our Food and Beverage outlets include Market Place Restaurant, 1851 Social Bar & Champagne lounge, high tea, banqueting and in room dining. We have a strong passion for developing great people and are looking for a Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team.

**Your day to day**

If you’re passionate about providing great service to guests, and leading your team to thrive in their roles, this could be a great opportunity for you to grow your hospitality career. Key responsibilities include:

- Supervise daily food and beverage operations on shift.
- Provide quality service and consistent standards whilst delivering a memorable guest experience.
- Participate in training and development of team members.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor licensing requirements.

**What we need from you**
- Previous experience within a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Experience leading a team including coaching, training, and giving feedback to your team.
- A warm and welcoming personality to be able to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage.
- Ability to work varying shifts including night, weekends, and public holidays.
