- Able to handle for operations for meeting/venue space which could cater up to 350 delegates at one time.
- Develop initiatives to assist in continuously raising the team’s expertise in the Conference & Events, utilising all your talents to train & mentor team members
- Make a real impact in building relationships with conference clients.
- Hands on decision making and problem solving skills.
- Drive to up sell hotel facilities & services.
- Flexibility to work shifts across the 7-day week including early mornings and late evenings.
- Able to work up to 40hrs a week and 2 days off ability to work rostered shifts and as business needs

- Skills & experience- At least 2 year(s) experience in Hotel Food & Beverage + Conference & Events in a similar sized hotel preferred.
- Outstanding service & leadership skills
