An exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced **Commercial Vehicle Team Leader.** In this role, your focus will be to manage our busy team while ensuring that safety remains a top priority**,** this role is based in our **Timaru Branch**. We are looking for someone that we can invest in, and we want to be a part of your professional development. In addition, you will be **joining a supportive and professional team.**

**We would like to hear from you if you have the following**:

- Significant experience in the Heavy Vehicle industry
- Demonstrated experience in leading and growing a team
- Extensive knowledge of Trucks and Buses
- Ability to empower the team to take ownership of their safety practices
- Mechanical capability and technical skills; diagnosing faults and servicing heavy Commercial Vehicles
- Excellent diagnostic ability and analytical thinking to navigate complex issues and deliver high quality outcomes
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to run a productive and efficient workshop
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
