Juted Holding is a family-owned and operated local business with four sites across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato Region: Mitre 10 Mega Tauranga, Mitre 10 Mega Rotorua, Mitre 10 Waihi, and our Waihi Frame & Truss.

This role provides critical support to the Trade Team, being a mainly phone-based position. This team member will be driven with the main goal of identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products.

This Trade Sales Support Team Member will be working **Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (40 hours per week)**, offering a great work/life balance and reporting directly to the **Rotorua Trade Representative.**

This is a **fixed term **role ending 30th March 2025.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales and grow on account customer business
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including networking, referrals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to trade clients over the phone
- Assist with order processing, product enquires and maintaining customer relationships
