With this beautiful image of the Bay of Plenty in mind, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and contribute to the development of our Trade & Retail business. You will consistently deliver outstanding customer service and have a deep understanding of our customers and their business needs.

This Trade Account Manager Role will be working **Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm (45 hours per week)**, offering a great work/life balance and reporting directly to the **Tauranga Store Manager.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales and grow on account customer business
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including networking, referrals
- Conduct regular visits to customer sites to build relationships and understand their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service
