**About the role**
We are on the hunt for **TWO**enthusiastic and dedicated **Operations Coordinators** to join our team in **Auckland**and **Christchurch**. No two days are the same this role will require end-to-end coordination across a range of administrative and support processes, which includes timely delivery of client-required documentation in alignment with contractual service leavel agreements. You will work closely with Area Managers and Program Leads to ensure coherent planning, implementation, and monitoring of the regional programme of work / projects.

**This is an onsite role**

**About You**
- 3 years experience in an operational role ideally within the Telecommunications environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and resolve problems proactively
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, stay focused on objectives, and contribute effectively within a cross-function team
- A proactive approach to service improvement
