**Delivery Finance & Analysis Lead**
Auckland | Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid

We’re looking for a **Delivery Finance & Analysis Lead** to provide reporting, forecasting, and budgeting services across our project portfolio. You’ll work closely with Finance and Enterprise Delivery stakeholders to deliver performance insights, support decision-making, and drive process improvements. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home and the office on designated days.

**What you’ll do**:

- Deliver project reporting, forecasting, and budgeting services.
- Manage month-end processes including accruals and journals.
- Validate and report on project benefits.
- Provide clear insights on expense and FTE performance.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to understand business drivers.
- Identify and lead opportunities for process optimisation.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Accounting, Business, or Finance qualifications and CPA/NZICA membership.
- 5+ years’ finance experience in financial services or insurance.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with senior leadership exposure.
- High proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Power BI experience essential (Oracle/TM1 preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results.
- Flexibility to attend the office at least 2 days per week.
